Vale do Lobo and the surrounding area offer many sports facilities, total fun and relaxation for all the family, and cater especially well for golfers.

Barringtons Golf & Health Spa is the closest facility to the apartment - only 3 minutes away by using the rear access just along from the apartment (sufficiently far not to be heard but near enough to be very convenient!).  It offers extensive golf facilities, including a 2-tier driving range, putting green, chipping green, practice bunkers and a pro-staffed golf academy.
Additionally, the other leisure facilities at Barringtons include 2 swimming pools (one outdoor, a smaller one indoors, a jacuzzi, a steam room, a sauna, 2 squash courts, table tennis, snooker tables, a gymnasium, aerobics, physiotherapy, a dance studio, hairdresser and beauty salon, not to mention the bars and Bistro!  Your rental of 835a gives you full membership of Barringtons during your stay.

The Vale do Lobo Tennis Centre  - one of the best in Europe, has a tennis academy and 14 courts on which to play, a swimming pool and other leisure facilities.

The Golf Club/Resort Reception (both 1st tees are located here) has a sizeable pro shop, shops and boutiques, and bar/restaurant, as well as a luxury spa with superb treatments and swimming pool.  There are also conference and auditorium facilities.

A short level walk from the apartment will also bring you to the Vale do Lobo Bowls Club.   Visitors are welcome.

At the seafront, various watersports facilities are available including pedalos, canoes, windsurfs and hobiecats during the summer season. In addition there is a large round swimming pool (The Rotunda) overlooking the sea and a smaller one for younger children with plenty of sunbathing facilities.

For the kids, adjacent to the Praça, there is the Penguin Children's Village where there are indoor games, a pool, sandpit, bouncy castles, videos, crazy golf and much more, all provided under the supervision of trained staff, so that parents can escape and enjoy their hard-earned rest!
