This extremely spacious one bedroom ground floor air-conditioned apartment is located close to both Barringtons Golf & Health Spa and the Vale do Lobo Tennis Centre.

Apartment Entrance

Particularly well appointed and completely refurbished, it offers a comfortable spacious bedroom with twin beds (which can be pushed together to form a super King Size bed), bathroom, a large lounge with dining area and equipped with cable TV, DVD and CD player/radio. As well as air conditioning (hot and cold) in lounge and bedroom, the apartment has full underfloor heating for your comfort during the slightly cooler Winter months! It also has a very well equipped kitchen area with all new facilities, including a cooker/hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washine machine.
Fresh bed linen and towels are provided. A maid service is provided every day, except Sundays and Bank Holidays.

It is in an excellent position, a short distance from the beach and the resort entrance, so all facilities are easily accessible.

As dates book up quite early, please check availability with us before making any travel arrangements. Normal bookings are from Thursday to Thursday. Winter bookings can normally be taken from any day subject to availability.

The lounge is comfortably furnished, and looks out onto a spacious sunny patio (equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs and a small barbecue), and a large shared garden area with lawns, shrubs and borders.	The bedroom contains twin "Zip and Link" beds which, provided prior notice is given before arrival, can be made up as a SuperKing size bed. Duvets are provided. Additional sleeping facilities exist in the lounge where there is a comfortable Z bed sleeping one person. A second can be provided on request.

The apartment is less than 3 minutes walk from Barringtons, which has extensive golf and leisure facilities including pool, available for your use free of charge whilst staying at the apartment.
The Vale do Lobo Tennis Centre is 4 minutes walk away.
The Golf Club and Resort Reception are a little further at 7 minutes walk, and provides a small selection of shops and boutiques. Also at this location are the 1st tees for the Royal and Ocean golf courses.

A 12 minute stroll will take you to the Praça on the seafront, where there are a number of small shops and boutiques, as well as the usual bars, brasseries and restaurants.
